First Home Owner Grant
The first home owner grant gives eligible first-home buyers $15,000 or $30,000 towards buying or building a new home in Queensland.
Concessions For Homes
You might get a concession to reduce the transfer (stamp) duty you pay when you buy or acquire a residence or vacant land (on which you build your first home).
Expanded support for home buyers with the Australian Government 5% deposit Scheme.
The Scheme is for aspiring home buyers – first home buyers with a minimum 5% deposit, or single parents or legal guardians with a minimum 2% deposit.
